Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field, 5 - 7 years of progressively responsible professional and administrative experience in the field of human services, including management and program planning; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Social Work License preferred, CPR/AED/First Aid Certification;Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of the federal, state and local resources available to veterans and their families. Working knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to programs for veterans including Chapter 115 of Massachusetts General Laws. Knowledge regarding the needs of veterans. Knowledge of office equipment and the operation of computer software applications. Special Requirements

Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.Must be a United States Veteran in accordance with the definition of Massachusetts Veteran [MGL c. 4, section 7, cl. 43 as amended by the Acts of 2005, chapter 130].
