divh2New Business Sales - BCM Client Focus/h2pLocation - Remote - must live in the Tristate area/ppBase Salary up to $185K depending upon experience and commission rewards/ppThe AVP New Business Sales focused on Banking Financial Services (BFS) Clients will be a part of the EXL Operations Global Client Services team./ppThis role is responsible for cultivating the companys presence in the market and growing business development opportunities with new clients within the BFS industry with whom the company has not had previous significant contact./ppThe successful candidate must have specific experience as an individual contributor selling Consulting, Advisory, Analytics BPO services to large Banking Financial Services (BFS) organizations which could include banks, fintechs, credit unions amongst others./pp***This is an individual contributor role with high visibility in the organization***/ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliOwnership of growth, client engagement, NPS, profitability across a portfolio of banking clients/liliBring a deep understanding of the current marketplace and competitor offerings to drive the organizations growth strategy and investments/liliPartner with clients to develop transformation agenda and value creation/liliManage proposals with full ownership and accountability for the opportunity/liliProvide complete ownership and accountability for managing competitive proposals, and working closely with sales enablement teams to ensure high quality of proposals/liliEnsure optimal deployment of resources to achieve business goals/liliCreate and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability by driving cross-sell, pace of volume ramps, time to proficiency and client satisfaction/liliDevelop C-level and cross-functional contacts and touchpoints in the client organization through regular objective-based interaction forums and review governance cadence/liliScout and scope new opportunities within the account by participating in clients review meetings identify problem statements and map EXL services and products to develop customized solutions/liliMentor teams for seamless delivery and transformation/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongExperience And Competency Requirements/strong/pulli10+ years of overall experience, including at least 6+ years in a client facing role in a solutions or account management capacity in the consulting or offshore/outsourcing industry/liliDomain knowledge and experience in banking, credit cards, payment networks/liliDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, vertically, and horizontally both internally and in client organizations, with an ability to create and deliver compelling presentations/liliGood understanding of new and emerging Digital/Cloud/SaaS technologies/liliStrong problem-solving ability with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications as a trusted strategic partner to clients/liliMust be capable of multitasking with rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment/liliMust be detail-oriented and able to develop, execute, lead, and maintain complex projects, programs, and assignments./liliMust have highly developed customer relations and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively consult and influence senior executives.
