We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter with strong expertise in the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) vertical. This role demands a proven track record of new logo acquisition, consultative selling, and leading large-scale digital and IT transformation deals for banks, financial institutions, and fintechs. You will drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities while expanding strategic relationships and wallet share across BFS accounts. Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition (Hunter): Identify, qualify, and close new logo opportunities across Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Capital Markets, and Insurance segments. Revenue & P&L Ownership: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, lead pursuits, and achieve revenue and margin targets through solution-led, consultative selling. Client Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs (CIO, CTO, CDO, COO, Heads of Digital/Operations), owning executive relationships and long-term account growth. Consulting-Led Sales: Partner with consulting, domain, and solution teams to shape differentiated transformation programs across core banking modernization, digital channels, payments, risk & compliance, data & analytics, cloud, and AI. Strategic Account Expansion: Grow wallet share within named BFS accounts through cross-sell and up-sell of IT services, managed services, and digital platforms. Market Presence: Represent the company at BFS industry forums, client events, and networking platforms to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads. Sales Governance: Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, deal reviews, and executive reporting in line with leadership expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven Sales Hunter with strong experience selling IT services, consulting, or digital transformation solutions to BFS clients. Deep understanding of Banking & Financial Services processes, regulations, and technology landscape. Demonstrated success in closing large, complex, multi-year transformation deals. Strong ability to operate in a consultative, solution-driven sales model with delivery and technical teams. Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
