We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented

E-commerce Specialist

to support the growth of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and Amazon sales channels. In this role, you will focus on the day-to-day execution, maintenance, and reporting of our digital sales platforms. This is a hands‑on position designed for a digital native who enjoys the “in the trenches” work of listing optimization, data tracking, and ensuring our brand remains consistent across all retail partners.

Job Overview We need a proactive doer to maintain and optimize our presence across Amazon, Instacart, Shopify, and emerging marketplaces. You will be the architect of our digital shelf, ensuring our products are accurately represented and easy to find. This isn’t a sit-back-and-delegate role; you’ll be in the trenches optimizing listings, reporting on campaign progress, and finding creative ways to make our brands the most visible and tech-forward in our category.

Key Responsibilities Channel Operations & Maintenance

Manage Daily Operations:

Execute daily updates across Amazon Seller Central, Instacart, and other grocery/marketplace channels.

Listing Optimization:

Update product listings with compelling copy, SEO keywords, and A+ content to ensure high conversion and brand consistency.

Site Maintenance:

Maintain our Shopify D2C store and WordPress brand sites, keeping product information, imagery, and pricing fresh.

Content Syndication:

Liaise with content syndication platforms and partners to ensure all product data is accurate and up-to-date across all third‑party retailer websites.

Communication & Email Marketing

Email Campaigns:

Create and deploy email marketing campaigns for our various D2C stores to drive retention and sales.

B2B Newsletters:

Develop and distribute regular newsletters tailored to our bulk oil customers to keep them informed of product updates and company news.

Reporting & Execution

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on the progress of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, and Walmart Connect.

Data Insights:

Pull key metrics (ROAS, conversion rates, traffic) and create clear reports and dashboards to communicate performance to leadership.

Supply Chain Coordination:

Monitor inventory levels across digital channels and coordinate with operations to forecast demand and prevent out-of-stocks.

Marketing Support:

Provide execution support for various digital touchpoints, including social media and search campaigns when needed.

AI Integration:

Leverage AI tools to work smarter—from optimizing product copy to streamlining data analysis.

Influencer Logistics:

Support influencer campaigns by coordinating logistics and tracking performance links.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

1–3 years of hands‑on e‑commerce experience. Experience in the CPG or food industry is a major plus.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, WordPress, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to interpret data and translate numbers into readable reports.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with supply chain teams and external syndication partners.

Detail Oriented:

A high level of accuracy when managing product data and digital assets.

Desired Skills & Experience (Bonus Points!) Experience using AI tools for content generation or data organization.

Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices for marketplaces.

Prior experience with data syndication platforms (e.g., Syndigo, Salsify).
