Augusta Vin - Marketing and Social Media Manager
At Augusta Vin, we are devoted to providing a transcendent level of wine quality and service that is above all others across the Texas Hill Country. We boast a beautiful wood framed tasting room, 3 full wine bars, a 60-acre estate vineyard and a perfect avenue for our guests to immerse themselves in our wine country story. We are actively seeking an enthusiastic marketing professional to manage our marketing and social media programs.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong level of experience while being driven to continuously take on the constantly changing demands of a rapidly growing business.
General Description
Manage all content and interactions on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Structure platforms to drive PR and Brand Recognition
Track online reviews and maintain a strong brand voice with appropriate positioning and communication
Assist with brand vision and long-term planning
Manage website content in terms of product offerings
Budget for and oversee outsourced marketing campaigns and track effectiveness
Oversee all brand related documents including menus, tasting notes, wine club brochures, merchandise, and company events
Lead sourcing of case goods materials
Occasionally represent the winery at PR events or trade/consumer tastings
Work with upper-level management to submit wines to various tasting competitions
Manage other marketing related projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing strongly preferred
2+ years in Wine or CPG desired
Digital and social networking competence
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Google drive
Strong Computer proficiency
Commerce 7, Google analytics, Mailchimp, Wordpress
