Job Overview Security Guards of America are hiring a Senior Telemarketing Specialist. The Senior Marketing Specialist supports demand generation, develops marketing campaigns, executes online strategies, and improves lead generation for new business, brand building, customer retention and cross‑selling. In this role, you will reach out to potential clients, introduce our security services, and set up appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to businesses, property managers, and organizations to introduce our security guard services.

Explain our security guard services, highlighting reliability, professionalism, and cost benefits.

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow‑up meetings.

Maintain accurate records of calls and client information.

Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into long‑term clients.

Ideate, develop, and lead demand generation marketing programs for both existing and new initiatives.

Conduct post‑program analysis to review results against objectives, including lead volume and cost‑per‑lead.

Manage content development and write messaging that supports marketing campaigns; coordinate layout through multiple channels including website, email, and print.

Assess needs and work with security industry and subject‑matter experts to create content that resonates with various audiences; write creative briefs prior to any creative development.

Design and execute content marketing practices across digital platforms; research the latest trends in digital marketing and analyze competitors; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Qualifications (Must Have)

Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Minimum of three (3+) years of marketing experience.

Experience developing and/or managing brand building, thought leadership and lead generation content across a wide range of media channels (website, email, events, trade shows, social media, collateral, advertising, direct mail, webinars, video, white papers, etc.).

Strong writing skills with attention to detail and solid proofreading abilities.

Strong expertise in demand generation strategies, website content layout, data analysis, and report writing.

Driven and self‑motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

High school graduate or above; Spanish language optional.

Benefits

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.

Position Requirements
