Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment laws, and regulatory requirements Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR-related matters Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improving HR processes and staff retention Foster a positive work environment that reflects the organization's values and mission
Requirements 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
