This role requires a deep understanding of the clients business needs and strategic objectives, with the aim of driving growth, retention, and satisfaction for both the client and Molex. The Business Development Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for these key accounts and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions and services./ppBuild and maintain strong, trusting relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention./ppIdentify opportunities for cross-selling PCS products and services that align with the clients business goals. Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue within the assigned accounts./ppWork closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and business challenges./ppCollaborate with internal cross functional teams, including engineering, project management, operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet client expectations./ppTrack and report on key account metrics, including sales performance, client satisfaction, and retention rates. Use data to make informed decisions and adjustments to account plans./ppStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively address potential challenges and opportunities for clients./ppServe as an escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain client trust and satisfaction./ppBachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field./ppProven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, ideally with exposure to strategic account management./ppExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels./ppDemonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively./ppStrong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude./ppAbility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events./ppStrong systems background (SAP, Salesforce, MS Suite, etc)/ppFor this role, we anticipate paying $110,000-$140,000 per year.
