The Executive Director needs to have:
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in healthcare with progressive responsibility, including supervisory roles. Home health and/or hospice experience recommended.
- Education: Degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or other healthcare related field required
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; demonstrated leadership experience.
- Transportation: Reliable means of transportation for community activities; valid driver’s license and car insurance meeting Pennsylvania state requirements.
