Job Description
- Advise clients on legal matters related to Private Equity M&A transactions within the Asset Management sector.
- Draft and review complex legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and regulatory filings.
- Provide counsel on structuring and negotiating private equity deals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless legal support for transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all legal processes.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for potential mergers and acquisitions.
