Are you a data professional with a strong technical background and proven experience in solution sales? Do you enjoy customer-facing sales work and shaping solutions that not only make technical sense but also get bought? Are you comfortable discussing business value, scope and commercial impact alongside architectures and delivery models?

We are looking for a Data & AI Solution Sales Architect with a strong sales mindset whooperatesat the intersection of technology,consultingand sales. This role is for someone who understands how to sell complex data and AI solutions and enjoys being actively involved in customer dialogue, deal shaping and winning new business.

About the role

As a Data & AI Solution Sales Architect, you are a key contributor to sales and growth. You work closely with customers, sales managers and delivery teams toidentifyopportunities, shapesolutionsand turn customer needs into concrete, sellable offerings.

You play an active role throughout the sales process. You lead the solution definition from a technical perspective, articulate business value, define scope and delivery content, and support closing deals. While you bring strong technical credibility, your focus is firmly on enabling successful sales outcomes.

This role suits someone with a strong background in data and architecture who has already worked in solution sales or is highly motivated to focus more on sales-driven work.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive solution sales by working directly with customers toidentifydata and AI related needs and opportunities
  • Act as a solution sales architect in sales and pre-sales phases, shaping commercially viable and technically sound solutions
  • Translate data architectures, platforms and technologies into clear business value and financial impact
  • Define solution scope, delivery models and content in support of sales proposals and customer decisions
  • Support and influence sales processes from early discussions through to deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with sales managers, consultants and delivery teams to ensure solutions are attractive, feasible and aligned with customer expectations
  • Build trust with customers through strong technical expertise, consulting skills and a clear understanding of their business

We are looking for someone who has

  • Strong background in data platforms,datamanagementand data architectures
  • Solid experience in consulting and delivering data-related solutions
  • The ability to design end-to-end technical solutions and describe their delivery content clearly
  • Experience working close to customers and understanding their business challenges
  • Interest and motivation to develop further in sales-oriented and pre-sales work
  • A technical mindset combined with strong communication and stakeholder skills
  • The rare ability to bridge technology, consulting and commercial thinking
  • Fluency in English (Finnish is an advantage)

You need to be comfortable operating in sales situations and contributing actively to winning work.
