As an Director, Enterprise Architecture at Capital One, you will be leading a team of 5 solution architects, working with software and data engineering teams, guiding architecture of associate-facing banking products; owning and facilitating architecture development; establishing destination-backed architecture strategy, reviewing architecture; providing feedback on application designs; providing input on company-wide initiatives; establishing patterns and practices for onboarding emerging technology, embedding in engineering teams to jump start complex projects; and helping raise the talent bar by recruiting and hiring top engineering talent. You will also work with product owners to articulate benefits of proposed solutions; influence the technical roadmap of enterprise platforms; and help business prioritize work.
