Overview


Mason Frank International is partnering with a global company to recruit a Director of Business Applications to join their team. The Director of Business Applications will be responsible for guiding the strategy, delivery, and support of the organization's business applications, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CRM. The role requires driving alignment across departments, shaping the technology roadmap, and ensuring business systems effectively support organizational objectives.



Base pay range


$140,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr



Responsibilities



  • Lead the design, customization, integration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) along with DealHub CPQ.

  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Services, and Support to ensure business applications align with operational and strategic goals.

  • Translate business priorities into actionable technology strategies and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.

  • Define and execute a long-term roadmap for business systems, ensuring scalability and innovation.

  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, set clear priorities, and maintain accountability for multi-department initiatives.

  • Oversee administration of sales technology tools and drive project management for sales operations initiatives.

  • Manage and prioritize the development backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input.

  • Serve as a decision-maker for feature development, system enhancements, and platform upgrades.

  • Lead diverse, cross-functional teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and key business contributors to ensure successful outcomes.



Qualifications



  • Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce teams; familiarity with additional platforms is a plus.

  • 7+ years in Salesforce Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Systems role with a track record of delivering scalable, complex solutions.

  • Experience supporting a SaaS sales org.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality, integrations, data architecture, and third-party managed packages.

  • Proven experience with DealHub solutions.

  • Ability to design scalable systems with technical depth and business alignment.

  • Skilled at turning business needs into well-defined features and enhancements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience aligning diverse groups on shared priorities.

  • Proficiency in backlog management, roadmap development, and delivery of high-impact Salesforce initiatives.
