A leading, high-growth private equity firm is looking for a Private Equity Associate to join its San Francisco team. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute investments in enterprise software and tech-enabled businesses
- Conduct financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis
- Support deal execution, due diligence, and portfolio initiatives
- Collaborate with senior investors and portfolio company leadership teams
Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience in investment banking, ideally with a TMT focus
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Demonstrated interest in enterprise software and technology sectors
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
