LHH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls while navigating multiple systems. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $20-$21 an hour.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from policyholders or their family members regarding insurance policies.

Provide clear explanations of policy details and assist customers with changes as needed.

Process requests such as beneficiary updates, surrenders, and loan transactions.

Send required forms to customers and ensure accurate follow-up.

Maintain professionalism and efficiency while managing a high volume of daily calls.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.

Punctual and reliable with excellent time management.

Bilingual Spanish highly desirable.

Previous experience in insurance preferred but not required.

Able to use multiple systems simultaneously while on the phone.

Proficient in Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

Must be 100% onsite during the temporary period; hybrid work possible afterward.
