Ensures highest quality customer service and assists the maintenance team with keeping all common areas by the entrances and exits clean. Ensures customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitates the expedient flow of traffic through the facility. Assists customers in making payment to fully automated revenue control equipment. Delivers an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise. Assists in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned location. Monitors parkers in pay-in lanes. Provides friendly and professional conduct to make every customer interaction a positive moment. Assists customers who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle. Performs other necessary functions as assigned by the supervisor. Conducts garage and facility audits as required by management. Counts the revenue bank at the beginning of shift to ensure starting total is correct, and makes change for customers when needed. Quotes rates for parking services and gives directions to city locations to help customers reach their destination quickly and easily. Resolves customer complaints independently or with supervisor assistance. Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner (if required). Maintains cleanliness of facility and surrounding area; presents a professional appearance and punctuality for scheduled shifts. Completes any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications

What you need Education Required:

High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and education Experience Required:

Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology. Availability to Work:

Special shift requirements vary by location. Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required. License:

Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record if driving a company vehicle or on company business. Skills:

Numerical skills to handle transactions, ability to read/write English, strong customer service, and ability to respond effectively to customer problems. Proactive with strong personal drive and willingness to lead by example. Flexible schedule required. Work Environment:

Moderate to loud noise; vehicle emissions exposure; extreme temperatures; weather conditions; bright sunlight and nighttime work. Physical Demands:

Standing, walking, manual handling, and reaching; close vision required. Salary Range:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits:
