North Miami Mitsubishi is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist technicians and customers with parts inquiries, process orders, and help maintain accurate inventory.
Responsibilities
Assist technicians and customers with parts identification and orders
Process parts sales and returns
Maintain accurate records and inventory
Receive and stock parts shipments
Provide excellent customer service
Work closely with the service and sales departments
Qualifications
Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred
OEM experience is a plus but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
