Coordinate all construction services and activities, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and to specification Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with contract requirements Interface regularly with clients, inspectors, and building officials to maintain clear communication Maintain detailed daily logs and weekly production reports to track project status Implement cost-effective techniques and strategies based on experience and industry knowledge Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines Manage all field operations for assigned projects with the highest standards of safety and quality Ideal Candidate Profile
