We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team!
Pay
$95-135K per year
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from preconstruction to closeout.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects and maintain project schedule.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors and make sure all safety protocol is followed through life of the project.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs and timely services.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, certification, or extensive previous experience in construction management or other related fields. Specifically experience in supervising higher education or science and technology projects.
- Strong familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, & Scheduling software.
- Strong leadership qualities & negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Safety minded and OSHA 10/30 certified.
