As a Revenue Enablement Specialist focused on Product and Go-to-Market Enablement, you will bridge Product, Marketing, and Sales—ensuring our global revenue teams can effectively position, pitch, and sell the value of our solutions. You will lead product launch enablement, and deliver GTM training that transforms product knowledge into compelling customer conversations resulting in closed deals, as well as contribute to new hire onboarding.

Overview Revenue Enablement Specialist with focus on Product and GTM Enablement to support product launches, GTM initiatives, onboarding, and content development that drives revenue and aligns with sales objectives.

Responsibilities

Translating product features into compelling sales narratives, value propositions, and competitive differentiators

Orchestrating seamless product launches and GTM initiatives that drive revenue growth

Building measurable enablement programs that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact

Contributing to new hire onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity

Lead end-to-end enablement for product launches and GTM initiatives, translating product releases into sales-ready training and content

Develop comprehensive product enablement assets: pitch decks, demo guides, battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive intelligence

Create and maintain product playbooks codifying winning sales strategies across solutions, personas, industries, and deal types

Facilitate engaging product training (bootcamps, certifications, demo clinics) that build seller confidence and product fluency

Contribute to new hire onboarding by developing product-focused curriculum, training modules, and certification content

Build scalable enablement assets (e-learning, microlearning, videos, assessments) using modern instructional design principles

Manage enablement content lifecycle within LMS and sales enablement platforms, ensuring accessibility and relevance

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and subject matter experts to create high-quality, sales-ready content

Leverage LMS analytics, Salesforce/Domo data, and performance metrics to measure program effectiveness and demonstrate enablement ROI

Partner with Revenue Operations to analyze product attach rates, win/loss data, and deal velocity to identify enablement gaps

Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Operations

Stay current on competitive landscape, market trends, and product developments to ensure enablement relevance

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field

3+ years revenue enablement, sales enablement, or product marketing experience supporting B2B revenue teams

Strong product enablement background translating product/solutions/features into compelling business value and sales messaging

Experience contributing to sales onboarding programs with focus on product training and certification

Deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, Solution Selling) and revenue lifecycle

Proven track record supporting product launches and GTM initiatives that drive revenue results

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Experience with LMS platforms (Intellum strongly preferred) and sales enablement tools (Showpad, Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle)

Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Data-driven mindset analyzing enablement metrics and sales performance data

Strong project management skills managing multiple product launches simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Docebo LMS and/or Sales Enablement platform administration experience

Strong familiarity with MEDDPICC

Proficiency with sales enablement technology stack (Showpad, Dock, Clari Copilot)

Instructional design capabilities with awareness of methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.

Base Salary Range For This Job Is

$72,300.00 - $119,300.00
