The Escrow Officer will manage the escrow process by preparing, coordinating, and completing real estate closing transactions. Primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring timely document management, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The role involves close collaboration with real estate agents, lenders, and clients to ensure a smooth and professional closing experience for each transaction.
Qualifications
Experience in Closings and Escrow processes
Proficiency as a Notary and thorough knowledge of industry protocols
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Familiarity with Residential Real Estate transactions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations in title and escrow services
