Total compensation for the

Oversee all field operations on assigned projects. Oversee / manage required inspections and permitting with local jurisdiction. Ensure projects are built to specifications, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining a safe and productive jobsite. Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work or scheduling. Work closely with Project Manager to ensure smooth function of project objectives. Lead and manage entire on-site construction team, ensuring subcontractor quality and compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Lead project site meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Mentor assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff to build strong teams. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, delays, or conflicts. Communicate safety expectations to project teams. Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Superintendent role with a General Contractor. Has managed large scale multi-family, hospitality, and/or mixed-use projects $100M+. Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening. The ability to work cohesively with subcontractors and trade partners on the project. Understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices, and ability to recognize possible maintenance issues.
