
Customer Service Representative

In this position, you’ll serve as a critical link between our customers and multiple internal departments, helping deliver exceptional service, timely communication, and a seamless experience from order to delivery. Your Role and Responsibilities
Assists with working Customer Disputes on invoices
Issue Credits to customers as needed
Rebill invoices to customers as needed
Assure timely processing of customer orders each day (EDI, phone, fax, email)
Verify pricing, shipping address, and items numbers on each order
Verify each order with the customer the same method it was received
Answer phone calls and questions in professional manner to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Assure timely processing of customer orders each day (fax and email)
Processing return requests and/or replacement shipments in a timely manner
Timely answering of questions or acknowledgement of issues
Effectively communicates and coordinates activities with multiple departments including our Finance, Marketing, both Sales Teams and various in-house teams
Distributes information as required by management.
Assists with Audit Support and Quality Requests
Completes all company training meeting required deadlines.
Performs administrative duties as needed
Follows all company SOPs

Minimum required Education: How We Work Together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
The pay range for this role is $20-23/hour.
For this project, you’ll be contracted via a Randstad company as a temporary worker/contractor and placed at our Client.
