Responsibilities

Assist customers with U-Haul products and services at the center and on-site

Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory

Perform equipment inspections and maintenance, including cleaning and checking fluid levels

Prepare rental invoices and manage equipment returns

Participate in ongoing education and training through U-Haul University

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs

Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts

Availability for hands-on working interviews

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or related field

Ability to drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment)

Interest in obtaining certifications for filling propane and trailer wiring installation
