Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aviation Technical Publication Writer to develop and maintain aircraft maintenance documentation in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role demands deep expertise in technical procedures and the ability to interpret complex engineering data to produce clear, accurate, and compliant publications. Contract

3-6 month contract with potential to extend. Atlanta, GA — fully onsite. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain aircraft maintenance documentation in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Interpret complex engineering data to produce clear, accurate, and compliant publications. Must Have Requirements

6 years of experience in aviation technical writing, specifically Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC), and Wiring Diagram Manuals (WDM). Proven training and experience in technical procedures and documentation standards. Nice to Have

A&P license, FCC license, and/or technical degree preferred. Familiarity with STC documentation and certification processes. Experience working with OEM documentation and ICAW development. Company and Equal Opportunity
