Your Opportunity: Account Manager We're seeking a high-energy, strategic Account Manager to lead dealer growth efforts in Nashville, TN. This is a 100% field-based role with significant travel, cultivating strong dealer relationships while driving growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize credit lines, helping dealers maximize their financing potential while mitigating risk.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with dealer partners through regular, in-person and virtual engagement.

Drive portfolio growth by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding high-potential dealers.

Resolve dealer concerns efficiently and professionally to maintain satisfaction and retention.

Educate dealers on best practices and performance behaviors that align with company expectations.

Strategic & Operational Excellence

Use data and regional performance metrics to set strategic goals and prioritize opportunities.

Collaborate with your team to execute plans that deliver measurable business results.

Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Recovery, and other departments to ensure consistent support and operational success.

Maintain deep market knowledge to stay ahead of trends and identify ways to strengthen our competitive advantage.

Represent Floorplan Xpress at industry events, auctions, and networking functions with professionalism and purpose.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\'s degree is preferred

Experience in the automotive and/or finance industries

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Financial literacy and comfort with credit tools and performance data

Self-motivated, results-driven approach to leadership and execution

Clean driving record and valid driver\'s license

Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel
