
Overview
The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, retention, and expansion of existing accounts. This role owns all sales efforts related to the Compucom portfolio of products and services, developing strategic relationships and identifying opportunities to expand customer value. The Account Executive manages the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close while maintaining ongoing customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.

Own all sales efforts related to the Compucom portfolio of products and services, developing strategic relationships and identifying opportunities to expand customer value.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through close and ongoing account management.
Must be based in Dallas TX area
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or Account Executive role
Proven ability to drive new customer acquisition, account retention, and revenue expansion
Demonstrated success selling IT products, managed services, or solutions-based offerings
Experience managing and growing existing customer accounts while acquiring new customers
Experience owning revenue targets and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to position complex product and service portfolios
Excellent relationship management and customer engagement skills
Ability to manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification through close and ongoing account management
Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions
Effective pipeline management, forecasting, and prioritization skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Compensation and Benefits Wage Range : The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000-132,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation : This position is also eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable Company plan.
