National Account Sales Manager - E-Commerce Position Purpose The National Account Sales E-Commerce Manager is a key business partner for cross-functional teams at Suncast. The role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic e-commerce environment identifying trends and opportunities and translates them into incremental sales strategies. This manager plays a crucial role in the day-to-day account performance and customer experience on homedepot.com and considers the omni-channel approach to help drive sales and conversion across the entire Suncast business portfolio. The manager will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives, crafting and communicating compelling presentations to all stakeholders, and coordinate the execution of initiatives across teams to ensure successful implementation and deliver a measurable impact.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Omni-Channel Account Management
25% E-commerce Account Management – owns the day-to-day business across all lines, implements and maintains pricing strategy, communicates forecast to production, monitors inventory levels and feeds into Commerce Hub, partners with internal teams to resolve issues.
20% Omni-Channel Collaboration – communication with Director of Sales and other stakeholders to achieve optimal performance across all sales channels (Retail, e-commerce, PRO, Special Order).
15% Analytics – Track and Analyze KPI’s utilizing all tools including Askuity POS, seasonal sales trends, customer behavior and visits, monitor reviews and AI product summaries, and keeps a pulse of the online marketplace.
15% Project and Promotional Planning – Collaborate with stakeholders to build strategic initiatives and develop a profitable and incremental promotional calendar. Work with Brand Advocate on Business Reviews Twice per year (HBR).
5% Media Campaigns – Plan, Budget, and Create online marketing Campaigns to support Promotions, enhance customer experience, and drive incremental visits and conversion.
15% Content Health – Ensure accurate item setup in IDM and collaborate with the client advocate for continual enhancement on all Product Information Page (PIP) Enrichment.
5% On-Site Support and Systems Knowledge – keep up to date with systems updates and enhancements and navigate efficiently.
Growth & Expansion Responsibilities
Lead market research to size new channels, evaluate competitive dynamics, and understand consumer buying behavior.
Build and maintain sales forecasts, pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and margin models to support new channel entry.
Drive cross-functional alignment (Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Finance) to support expansion initiatives.
Recommend portfolio expansion opportunities based on category gaps, retailer needs, and digital insights.
Promotional & Marketing Collaboration
Partner with Marketing to optimize retail media spend (Media, AMS, Sponsored Products, DSP, etc.) and maximize ROAS.
Coordinate seasonal promotions, brand events, and merchandising initiatives across digital retailers.
Analyze search trends and category performance to inform content improvements and advertising plans.
Analytics & Business Insights
Use data to flag underperforming SKUs, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
Provide monthly performance summaries, including sales drivers, market share shifts, and competitive activity.
Leverage category insights to influence product roadmap, pricing strategies, and channel prioritization.
Customer & Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce merchants, and marketplace teams
Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and flawless execution
Represent the voice of the customer within the organization
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in retail e-commerce, digital marketing, and/or omnichannel retail
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, reporting tools, and retail analytics platforms and translate into clear, compelling data stories
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of leading discussions and responding persuasively to challenges
Action-Oriented, Skilled at managing multiple workstreams while maintaining high-quality output

This is a blended Work-from-Home and in-office role at Suncast Corporation—Atlanta, GA
Occasional travel required for customer and company meetings
Office environment is climate-controlled; manufacturing areas require adherence to safety protocols.

The Anticipated Pay Range for This Position $65,000-$75,000 annually
