Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving OnviSource’s growth by delivering excellent outreach and closing sales across targeted contact center markets, including Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Teleservices and TAS, and enterprise-embedded contact centers in BFSI, telecom, healthcare, insurance, etc.

This role requires a highly skilled, experienced, motivated, hardworking, energetic, and coachable sales professional with a proven track record of successfully selling AI, analytics, or automation SaaS, and who possesses an unwavering value system and business integrity.

Key Responsibilities Rapidly and urgently learning OnviSource’s solutions, value propositions, and target markets. The candidate is expected to begin the actual sales process following a 2-week period of systematic and effective training.

Cold Calling and Prospecting

Directly contributes to the preparation of effective campaigns, followed by conducting daily and high-quality outbound cold calls, emails, and social engagements to create qualified appointment meetings with target prospects while meeting weekly and monthly appointment targets.

Successful Sales Activity Management

Manage the sales activity process from the initial appointment to sales closure, urgently and effectively. The process will include introductions, relationship building, product presentations and demonstrations, winning proposals, closures, and account management to further the sales.

Ensure that the sales pipeline at any given time is at least 3X the quarterly quota.

Work closely with marketing and engineering to successfully close sales opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 4 years direct experience as an inside sales professional, selling contact AI, analytics, automation, or SaaS markets.

Demonstrable Proven Success and Track Record:

Proven track record and demonstrated ability for cold calling, setting appointments, and converting initial contacts into qualified opportunities and sales bookings.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative, confident, and empathetic approach.

Integrity:

High level of business ethics, professionalism, and personal integrity consistent with OnviSource’s core values.

Motivation & Drive:

Self-starter with a hunter mentality, committed to success and exceeding performance expectations.

Coachable & Adaptable:

Open to feedback, continuous learning, and improvement; thrives in a dynamic, challenging, team-oriented environment.

Sales Technology Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce), ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and digital communication tools.

Background in AI or automation sales for contact centers

Experience in solution-based nd consultative selling

Understanding of customer experience (CX) or workforce optimization technologies

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
