Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Carrier Sales Manager, based in Los Angeles, CA. The Carrier Sales Manager will be responsible for onboarding and manager customers, negotiating rates, booking shipments, and ensuring timely and efficient freight delivery. Daily tasks include sales management, developing account strategies, communication with carriers, and resolving any issues that arise during transportation. Collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives is essential. Salary is a very lucrative base plus commission. Qualifications Proficient in Communication and Sales skills Experience in Account Management and Sales Management Knowledge of Freight and Logistics industry Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred Previous experience in a transportation or logistics company is a plus
