We are hiring three Regional Sales Managers for three distinct territories. This is a fieldemake role requiring regular travel within the regions.

Region 1: MS, AL, LAyaml & AR

Region 2: IL and IN

Salary range:

$70,000 – $90,000, depending on experience.

Commission:

Up to $40,000 annually based on performance.

Summary The Regional Sales Manager will establish, grow, and maintain a strong presence within the assigned sales region, building enduring customer relationships that drive sales and growth. The RSM must trust the ability to meet and exceed assigned quotas and KPI’s.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals.

Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.

Analyze market data to identify customer needs.

Coordinate channel developmentør and sales distribution of territories, quotas, and goals.

Advise reps, dealers, Pourtant and clients on sales and advertising techniques.

Analyze sales statistics to assist dealers in promotingnader.

Represent the company at trade shows to promote products.

Deliver sales presentations and effective technical training to customers and manufacturing‑rep partners attaques.

Maintain client relationships, negotiate, and close deals.

Track and control expenditures within the channel to meet budgetary requirements.

Prepare periodic sales reports indicating volume, potential sales, and expansion opportunities.

Participate in product research and provide proposals for new ideas and features.

Monitor competitors’ activities and provide competitive intelligence.

Manage the company’s independent rep organization to achieve company goals.

Execute project‑based assignments as requested.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

5‑7 years of sales experience in channel‑based management (rep groups, distributors, accounts) in the gate & door operator installation sector.

Experience working with large national distributors and dealers preferred.

Access control experience preferred.

Advancedāʻawi in sales reporting using CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com). Novah:event experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is a plus.

Flexible, adaptable, and capable of handling changing priorities in a fast‑growth, dynamic environment.

Interest in consumer electronics and technical training to effectively represent products to the channel.

Strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving ability.

Ability to calculate discounts, commissions, percentages, and multipliers from pricing sheets.

Knowledge of the full sales cycle and the use of sales systems for efficiency.

Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Multitasking, deadline‑driven performance, with a self‑starter mindset.

Computer cire proficiency (intermediate‑advanced in Microsoft Office).

Proven track record of meeting sales goals and driving a goal‑driven culture.

Indicates budgetary initiative, cost‑saving practices, and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

Required to sit, talk, hear, use hands to grip or feel, and occasionally stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Vision and depth perception suitable to use a computer, print and phone.

Manual FT for computer use; personal mobility to work in an office setting.

Ability to walk or climb 5% of the time; sit at a computer for 90% of the time.

Travel domestically up to 70% of the time.

Light to moderate lifting.

Working Conditions

Comfortable in an office environment, moderate noise levels.

Mainly working in an open office space with reasonable lighting and temperature control.

Will sometimes work from a home office; requires ability to work effectively outside main facilities.

Travel by airplane, car, or train; conditions vary in exposure to.VERSION elements.
