early-stage, high-impact role
for someone who thrives in
client-facing, revenue-owning account management If you’ve worked in
zero-to-one environments , owned real revenue targets, and enjoy being
in the room with customers , this role is worth a look.
Candidate experience needed
4 – 7 years of experience
in
revenue-owning account management OR customer success, OR high growth startup operations
They are also open to top performers with 2+ years in a VC firm or top tier consulting firm.
Clear track record of
hitting or growing revenue targets
(upsell, expansion, performance-based growth)
High-touch, client-facing background
— SMB, startup, or vertical SaaS environments
Experience in
early-stage or high-growth companies
where ambiguity and ownership are the norm
Comfortable working
in-person
in a fast-paced
San Francisco startup culture
Solid Academics - either from a top college or able to show clear stand out academic performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of high-value accounts. Your role will be focusing on engaging with top tier recruiters who want to join the platform so there is no outbound work needed
You’ll be accountable for expansion, performance, and commercial outcomes — not just relationship management.
Act as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurial customers
These are founders and operators themselves; you’ll guide strategy, improve execution, and unlock growth.
Operate cross-functionally
Partner closely with Product, Ops, and GTM to turn customer insights into systems, experiments, and improvements.
Build from 0→1
Design processes, test incentives, and help scale a marketplace where your decisions directly impact GMV.
