We’re known for moving quickly, communicating clearly, and doing quality work. About the Role
We’re hiring an Account Executive to help manage and close a high volume of inbound sales leads. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives in an inside-leaning environment, is highly organized, and knows how to follow up, qualify, and close without constant oversight. While some outside sales and in-person meetings may be required, this is not a cold-calling or heavy prospecting role—we already have strong lead flow. We do not have a formal sales training program, so prior hands-on sales experience is required. What You’ll Be Doing
Respond to and manage inbound sales leads quickly and professionally Qualify prospects by understanding needs, budget, timeline, and fit Follow up consistently via phone, email, and CRM to move deals forward Prepare and review quotes and proposals Coordinate internally with design, permitting, production, and installation teams Manage multiple active opportunities at once without dropping details Close deals and maintain clear communication through project kickoff What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a sales role with closing responsibility Comfortable managing multiple inbound leads at the same time Strong follow-up habits and CRM discipline Able to communicate clearly with business owners and decision-makers Organized, dependable, and accountable Experience in construction, real estate, project-based services, or similar industries is a plus—but not required What This Role Is (and Is Not)
