
Job Description
The Account Executive is responsible for achieving their quarterly and annual sales plan by securing new client appointments and building a sales pipeline through continuous prospecting. The role will negotiate pricing, product, and equipment options, and coordinate program demos.
Compensation
Base salary: $55,000 – $69,669 annually
Uncapped monthly commission with on‑target earnings of $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Monthly car allowance: $500 + mileage reimbursement

Job Responsibilities
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by developing a territory‑specific growth plan.
Achieve prospecting activity expectations as determined by Sales Management.
Secure prospective client appointments via targeted telemarketing, drop‑offs, cold calling, and other selling strategies.
Update sales software database daily/weekly as advised.
Prepare for client appointments by researching clients, tailoring sales materials, and using available resources.
Meet with prospective clients to secure their business and implement appropriate follow‑up meetings to complete the sales process.
Ensure client timelines and delivery of installations through close coordination with client partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service.
Proven success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory.
Strong presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
Ability to influence decision makers at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Valid driver’s license.
