Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Account Manager, located in Phoenix, AZ. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met accurately and efficiently. They will oversee client accounts, coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, and serve as the primary point of contact for problem‑solving. Additional tasks may include managing schedules, handling communications, and ensuring service quality standards are met to exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
Client relationship management skills, including account management and the ability to build and maintain long‑lasting professional partnerships
Strong organizational abilities, including scheduling, task prioritization, and attention to detail
Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams
Ability to address problems, provide solutions, and maintain a high‑quality level of service
Experience in the hospitality industry or staffing/recruitment is highly preferred
Proficiency with basic office software and tools
Demonstrated team leadership and collaborative skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
