Overview BloomNet is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Relationship Manager (ARM) to support and grow our network of florist partners across the Ohio and Indiana territory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, traveling within their territory, and acting as a trusted advisor to small business owners.
As an ARM, you’ll be responsible for managing existing accounts, strengthening long-term relationships, and driving adoption of BloomNet’s programs, products, and services. This is a remote, territory-based role with significant field time.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing BloomNet florist partners within an assigned territory
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to educate customers on BloomNet offerings
Serve as a consultative partner, identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
Drive engagement, adoption, and retention through structured follow-up and account planning
Manage the full sales and account lifecycle, including outreach, negotiation, and contract execution
Track customer activity, opportunities, and pipeline using Salesforce
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and new product offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Service, and Product
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed
Represent BloomNet professionally in the field and at customer locations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2–3 years of experience in outside sales, account management, or a related role
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
Reliable transportation required

The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 yearly. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
