Senior Influencer Sales Executive

to join our growing US Influencer Team in Hoboken, NJ.

The Role We’re looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Senior Influencer Sales Executive to join our Performance Influencer Team, with a focus on the US market. You’ll help shape our influencer sales strategy in the US and play a key role in scaling our partnerships with creators, agencies, and celebrities to drive traffic, awareness, and sales.

This is a commercial role where you’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets. You’ll manage all aspects of discovering and building relationships with talent of all sizes across multiple platforms to deliver impactful campaign activations. You’ll also lead by example within the team, mentoring junior executives, helping shape processes, and collaborating closely with the broader marketing team to identify new growth opportunities.

Please note , this is a hybrid role based in Hoboken, NJ (3 days per week in office).

Deep understanding of the US market and influencer landscape

Proven experience (2–3 years) in influencer marketing or sales, ideally in a performance-driven environment

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Results-focused and data-driven — you use insights to guide decisions and optimise performance

Resilient with a positive mindset; you thrive under pressure

Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Confident communicator who brings energy and motivation to the team

Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Natural leader who enjoys mentoring and sharing knowledge
