We are growing in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and are looking for motivated sales professionals to help expand our footprint.

Position Summary APPRO is seeking a driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to generate new business and build long-term relationships with commercial and institutional clients across the DFW area.

This is a hunter role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new service contracts. If you enjoy face-to-face selling, networking, and working with decision-makers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new B2B clients in commercial and institutional facilities

Conduct on-site walkthroughs and needs assessments

Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, and decision-makers

Present customized service solutions and proposals

Manage your sales pipeline and follow up consistently

Coordinate with operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

Represent APPRO professionally at networking events and client meetings

Ideal Candidate

2+ years of B2B sales experience (outside sales preferred)

Experience in facilities, janitorial, construction, HVAC, or service-based sales is a plus

Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person visits, and follow-ups

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and organized

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Competitive base salary plus commission (or commission-only option available)
