The Commercial Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint within the commercial restoration market in the DFW metroplex. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance adjusters, and other industry decision‑makers.
Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends, competition, and emerging client needs in the DFW area.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close contracts with clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on lead generation, campaign execution, and client onboarding.
Utilize CRM and business development tools to track activities, forecast sales, and report on KPIs.
Provide insights on product and service enhancements based on client feedback and market demands.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; restoration or construction industry background preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the restoration, construction, or facility services industry.
Demonstrated success in securing and managing commercial clients in the DFW metroplex with documented results.
Proven ability to operate independently with a clearly defined, repeatable sales process.
In‑depth knowledge of the commercial restoration industry, including key players, regulatory standards, and market dynamics in the DFW region.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a track record of closing high‑value deals.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the DFW area and to industry events.
Restoration certifications (e.g., IICRC, ABI) are a plus but not required.
