Summary The Commercial Business Development Manager is a strategic growth leader responsible for expanding the company’s footprint within the commercial restoration sector in the Austin market. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance adjusters, and other industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and emerging client needs in the Austin market.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement lead generation and campaign strategies.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the restoration, construction, or facilities management industry.
Proven track record of success with commercial clients and documented achievement of sales targets.
Demonstrated experience working with restoration clients or in a closely parallel industry.
A clearly defined, repeatable sales process with measurable outcomes.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other business development tools.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the Austin market.
Relevant restoration certifications are a plus.
Working Conditions
Primary work location is an office environment in the Austin market, with regular travel to client sites, industry events, and networking opportunities.
