Sales Manager – Walmart Canada & Canadian Tire (with Walmart USA Support) In-office at Eden Prairie, MN (preferred). May be open to remote candidates with flexibility for periodic travel to headquarters and key customer meetings. Reports To: VP, Retail Sales (Walmart USA, Walmart Canada, Canadian Tire & eCommerce) About the Role

The Sales Manager – Walmart Canada & Canadian Tire is accountable for delivering profitable, sustainable growth across Walmart Canada and Canadian Tire, while directly supporting the VP of Sales on Walmart USA tactical initiatives and channel expansion. This role owns Canadian account P&Ls, joint business planning, pricing architecture, retail media optimization (when applicable), and digital shelf excellence. It is a highly cross‑functional role that partners with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, eCommerce, and Category/Insights to execute a unified North American strategy—balancing 1P and Marketplace/WFS considerations where appropriate. Responsibilities

Account Leadership & Growth (Canada): Lead day‑to‑day execution and strategy: line reviews, reporting, analytics, promo setup, digital shelf support. Walmart USA Support: Provide tactical support (reporting, analytics, item setup, etc.), coordinate cross‑border alignment. Demand Generation: Partner with marketing for omnichannel campaigns. Forecasting & Supply Chain: Own forecast accuracy, collaborate with supply chain to minimize OOS. Pricing & Compliance: Manage pricing architecture, ensure regulatory compliance. Insights & Analytics: Leverage category, syndicated, POS, and shipment data to uncover trends and opportunities, transforming insights into actionable strategies that drive growth. Relationships & Leadership: Build strong buyer relationships and mentor team members. Qualifications

3 - 5 years of CPG retail sales/account management experience; Walmart Canada/Canadian Tire preferred but not required. Proven Annual Operating Plan ownership with exposure to customer P&Ls. Omnichannel retail and marketplace/WFS familiarity. Strong analytical and communication skills. Required Skills

Travel: ~15 - 25% (Canada-focused travel; occasional U.S. travel for Walmart USA alignment and internal meetings).
