
We are leading a search for a Regional Sales Leader to build and scale a network-driven sales organization across Florida, Texas and California for a fintech consumer protection startup. This role focuses primarily on recruiting, developing, and activating market leaders who can drive adoption of a direct selling model. The role has a heavy focus on Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard leaders capable of building active field networks.
Launch and grow the market with emphasis on Latino communities.
Train leaders to drive customer adoption and reach production targets in the first 90 days.
Serve as liaison between field leadership and HQ, providing market insights.
Travel monthly to headquarters in California for strategy, development, and alignment.
Ideal Profile
Strong background in recruiting and leading network-based sales teams (MLM and Direct Sales, Party Planning models).
Experience in SaaS, direct sales, network marketing.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; strong community connectivity essential.
Builder mindset: proactive, entrepreneurial, and skilled at influence and activation.
Compensation
Base salary targeted $80K–$120K depending on network and experience.
Bonus tied to market performance and leadership development milestones.
Remote within Texas with travel across the region and to HQ in California periodically.
