
Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Personal Assistant Manager for a high-profile client within the entertainment industry.
This is a
full-time, direct hire opportunity
supporting a prominent individual with a dynamic personal and professional lifestyle. The role is
on-site with hybrid flexibility as needed , based on the client’s schedule and events.
POSITION OVERVIEW This is a senior-level personal support role focused on lifestyle management, discretion, and high-touch coordination for a high-profile individual. The Personal Assistant Manager will serve as a trusted extension of the principal and family, overseeing complex personal logistics, relationships, and day-to-day priorities. This position is not a traditional executive assistant role and does not involve corporate calendar management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a trusted liaison between the principal, family members, and close personal or professional contacts
Manage high-touch personal logistics, including household coordination, insurance matters, and health-related needs
Oversee lifestyle-related scheduling, travel arrangements, and personal obligations (non-corporate)
Coordinate closely with household staff, including house manager and chef, to ensure seamless daily operations
Plan and support frequent events, client dinners, and high-volume gifting initiatives
Anticipate needs, track priorities, and ensure all follow-ups and commitments are executed with precision
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience supporting high-profile individuals, entertainment leaders, or ultra-high-net-worth families
Exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism in sensitive environments
Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex personal dynamics
Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure in fast-moving situations
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working extended or shifting hours as needed
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position offers
$120,000 annually
(approximately $60/hour equivalent), based on experience and responsibilities. The role is
overtime eligible
and includes
bonus potential , along with a comprehensive benefits package provided by the client.
