We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outside Salesperson to drive the sales efforts of our commercial roof installation and repair services. This role is crucial in expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and solidifying our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will be aggressive in pursuing new business opportunities, skilled at relationship-building, and knowledgeable about commercial roofing solutions. Responsibilities

Prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and software provided. Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients, roofing needs, and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key stakeholders, including property managers, building owners, and facility managers. Close sales to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's reputation for excellence and reliability. Maintain and track all progress, leads, and reports on sales activities and outcomes through company's CRM Skills

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial construction or roofing industry. Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Driven to exceed goals, both professional and personal. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required. Job Type
