Lead after-sales support operations for heavy equipment, with a strong emphasis on hydraulic systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting Manage service teams, field technicians, and technical support resources Drive rapid resolution of critical hydraulic failures and customer escalations Collaborate closely with service, parts, warranty, and technical departments Monitor KPIs, service performance, and equipment uptime Implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction Candidate Profile
Proven experience in after-sales or service management within heavy equipment, construction, or industrial machinery In-depth understanding of hydraulic systems and failure analysis Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on operational excellence Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments How to Apply
