Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Demonstrate T-Mobile’s value by recommending wireless solutions tailored to customer needs
Negotiate and close deals with new accounts
Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multi-tasking
Proven experience delivering superior customer service with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Outside B2B sales experience
Experience in a commissioned sales environment
