Uncapped commission structure (top earnings in the industry) High-intent, company-generated leads W2 Installers —you sell it, we install it Chosen by multiple national & regional retail partners Retention & Performance Bonus As a Direct Seller, you’ll meet face-to-face with homeowners to educate them on our home remodeling solutions and guide them through a consultative sales experience. Sales & Customer Engagement:
Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners Educate customers on remodeling options, features, and value Build trust, establish rapport, and confidently guide decision-making Lead Generation:
Work high-intent leads generated by marketing, retail partners, and events Participate in events, referrals, and canvassing Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to maximize close rates Consultative Selling & Closing:
Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Handle objections with confidence and professionalism Close sales agreements and ensure accurate documentation About Expo Home Improvement

Strong communicator with in-person sales experience preferred Comfortable with commission-based earnings Confident handling objections and closing deals Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven Reliable transportation and availability for appointments Working Conditions
