Overview As a Direct Seller, you’ll meet face-to-face with homeowners to educate them on our home remodeling solutions and guide them through a consultative sales experience.

Sales & Customer Engagement

Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners

Educate customers on remodeling options, features, and value

Build trust, establish rapport, and confidently guide decision-making

Lead Generation

Work high-intent leads generated by marketing, retail partners, and events

Participate in events, referrals, and canvassing

Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to maximize close rates

Consultative Selling & Closing

Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions

Handle objections with confidence and professionalism

Close sales agreements and ensure accurate documentation

Requirements

Strong communicator with in-person sales experience preferred

Comfortable with commission-based earnings

Confident handling objections and closing deals

Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven

Reliable transportation and availability for appointments

Working Conditions

Field-based role with frequent travel to customer locations, events, and community outreach sites.

Flexible, including evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowner availability.

Ability to walk, stand, and engage in door-to-door sales or event-based selling.
