The Assistant Golf Professional will assist in the daily operations of the golf shop, provide golf instruction to members and guests, and support the management of tournaments and events. Responsibilities include overseeing golf equipment inventory, offering excellent customer service, and fostering a positive golfing experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located at Mendakota Country Club in Mendota Heights, MN. Qualifications

Proficiency in Golf Instruction, Golf Management, and general knowledge of Golf operations Strong understanding of Golf Equipment and its maintenance Commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service and ensuring member satisfaction Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Experience in a golf or club environment is an advantage
