Customer Service Representative

to join our Morgan Hill, California team. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in managing customer communications related to quotes and orders. This role blends customer-facing interactions with back-end responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include: managing the customer experience from order entry through shipment, escalating customer complaints to the appropriate management level, tracking and following up on quote requests, representing the company at trade shows, including booth duties. Description of Major Duties

Serves as the primary point of contact for new customer inquiries Communicate with customers regarding quote requests and general inquiries Collaborate with internal team members to facilitate customer communication and support sales efforts Maintain lead tracking and status updates in the CRM system Follow up with customers to ensure engagement and satisfaction Enter new orders, process order acknowledgments, and maintain accurate documentation Assist Finance with payment follow-up when needed Provide order status updates and communicate any changes or delays Maintain the order backlog and support on-time delivery tracking Work with internal team to expedite orders when necessary Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of staff, vendors, and customers Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Basic understanding of medical device manufacturing Ability to communicate technical concepts Service-oriented mindset Experience with an ERP system is a plus Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in job duties Cordica Medical is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
